Nausea and Vomiting: Dizziness, upset and a strong desire to throw up.
SYMPTOMS:
The symptoms are a pale face, dizziness, a sensation of discomfort and a desire to throw up: stomach ache in some cases.
CAUSES:
The causes may be organic or psychological and the most frequent are:
1. Stomach infections.
2. Appendicitis.
3. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
4. Pregnancy.
5. A strong headache or pain in the abdomen.
6. Excessive movement of a car or a ship.
7. Problems in the labyrinth or inner ear.
SUGGESTION:
To lie down and breathe deeply. Ginger is very helpful.
For pregnant women, as well as for persons being treated with radiation and ones who get carsick, the intake of Vitamin B6 and magnesium is very helpful.
It is always advised to keep a glass of water close by when you are feeling nauseated. Vomiting can sometimes cause dehydration and excessive weakness.
Nausea and vomiting can also be symptoms of food poisoning and allergies among others. It is better to consult with a doctor for better cure.
Nausea and vomiting makes a person dizzy and restless. Stomach gets upset and person feels uneasy whole day long. Stomach ache adds to the uneasiness.
