BRONCHITIS, HEAD COLDS:

Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchi and is generally due to a virus.

THE SYMPTOMS ARE: it spreads with an inflammation in the mucous membrane of the nose, and then it spreads to the throat and later the lungs. Therefore, it is better to stop the problem, when it starts in the nose. Frequently there is a cough, accompanied by hoarseness in the voice and sometimes phlegm. If the cough persists over several months, it can become chronic and turn it to: Pneumonia, Pulmonary Emphysema.

THE CAUSES ARE: contact with a contagious person or with saliva, or breathing air contaminated with the virus.

SUGGESTION:
1. Rest
2. Stop smoking
3. Breathe clean air
4. Vitamin C, A & E, strengthen all of the mucous membranes of the body.

Echinacea has been used for thousand of years as a cough suppressant and to prevent respiratory illness. Echinacea is excellent for strengthening the immune system.

Ginkgo Biloba: is an excellent bronchodilator when congested especially when the person can’t breathe and feels a lack of oxygen.
Use eucalyptus oil, it penetrates in to the chest cavity. Eucalyptus is a strong decongestant and at the same time alleviates muscular discomfort caused by coughing.

If your cough or fever does not diminish after several days of treatment, or if you split up blood; consult your physician.
