MOUTH SORES:

Generally ulcers are produced after a few days of fever. They occur inside lips or the mouth.

SYMPTOMS:
The symptoms are swelling with a blister. If this bursts, a little liquid comes out and forms an ulcer or scab inside the lips or mouth and it may hurt.

CAUSES:
The most common causes are viral infection of the bengin herpes type, and they normally disappear after 8 or 15 days. Blisters are also formed because of fever caused by and infection.

SUGGESTION:
Rinse mouth with lukewarm water with alum several times a day. Also use a mouth ulcer gel.

MEASLES:

Measles is a disease most common in childhood and can be serious. It is produced by a virus. Its symptoms occur about 10 days after being exposed.

SYMPTOMS:
Cold, coughing, fever, jaded and swollen are symptoms of measles. There may be diarrhea, also. After this some white sore appear in the mouth, throat and nose. Later, some small red dots like a rash appear behind the ears, on the neck, then on the face, body, arms and legs. There is a temperature and discomfort until these small red dots appear.

SUGGESTION:
Consult your physician. In addition to getting plenty of rest and having a good diet, the person with measles should remain in bed and drink a lot of liquids and juices. This will take away any itching and burning. If you have temperatures find a way soon to lower it. In case of an earache, use one or two drops of good ear drops as suggested by physician in each ear.
Take Echinacea and garlic to strengthen the immune system. Measles may cause complications like pneumonia, meningitis, etc.

Measles are very contagious so one should be cautious not to be in contact with an infected person. Consult your physician.

CHICKENPOX:

Chickenpox is a childhood disease and I produced by a virus. This is a minor illness.

SYMPTOMS:
An itching occurs with the presence of red pimples which burst and causes ulcers or scabs. These appear on the body and later on the face, arms and legs.

CAUSES:
The causes are by contagious contact with others. Symptoms appear 2 or 3 weeks after contact.

SUGGESTION:
It generally disappears by itself. It is recommended to strengthen the immune system to eliminate infections.

NERVOUS DEPRESSION:

Depression is a mental state in which the person has the feeling that everything is horrible and hopeless.

THE SYMPTOMS OF NERVOUS DEPRESSION ARE:
1. Exhaustion.
2. Loss of vitality, lack of enthusiasm in general.
3. Insomnia.
4. Loss of appetite.
5. Seeing everything as horrible, hopeless, etc.
6. Depression is manifested in this manner in 80% of cases.

CAUSES:
There are two forms of depression:
A) REACTIVE DEPRESSION:
This occurs as a reaction to some type of loss like the death of a loved one, or the loss of a business, etc.
B) ORGANIC OR ENDOGENOUS DEPRESSION:
This is caused by a chemical change in the body and in the brain. These changes can be hormonal, particularly in women during menstruation and menopause or it can also be caused by the body not properly using serotonin, and chemical substances responsible for the transmission of nerve impulse between the neurons.

SUGGESTIONS:
A person needs to have a positive attitude to face the negative things that happens in life. It is important to leave behind negative thoughts of powerless, failure, sadness and apathy. These thoughts create negative conditions that impede finding any possible attitude and positive thoughts, because they will create internally the necessary conditions to help you conquer your depressions.

A depressed person shouts strive to see things in a positive way to help solve problems. For this reason he or she should always remain positive and alert. Happiness is principally a mental attitude and external factors are secondary. We should always try to remain happy regardless of the adverse circumstances of the moment. It is important to accept what you cannot change and upon this, begin to construct a new future .Realize that the present is the only thing we can posses. The way we deal things day-by-day is how we can obtain a better future.

Serious depression can cause a person to lose control and commit irredeemable acts. Consult your doctor or a psychologist who has experience in these cases to prevent a more serious problem.

NICOTINE ADDICTION:

Prevention against lung cancer, smoking any type tobacco.

SYMPTOMS:
Smoking causes one third of the deaths due to lung cancer and one fourth of deaths due to heart attacks. (Some one that smokes has 300% probability of heart attack). The child of a pregnant woman who smokes is born smaller and with predisposition of asthma.
Each cigarette smoked eliminates 25mg of vitamin C from your body.

CAUSES OF DISORDERS:
1. Nicotine causes addiction.
2. Tar obstructs bronchioles.
3. Smoke produced by cigarettes steals oxygen from blood, whether of the one smoking them or those nearby breathing the smoke.
4. It can produce, at the same times emphysema, chronic bronchitis, respiratory disease and hypertension, as well as stroke.

The main pulmonary symptoms are:
Coughing
Loss of appetite
Lack of respiration and suffocation
Fatigue

SUGGESTION:

As a partial protection against the effects of cigarettes, besides quitting smoking, we suggest taking: multivitamin tablets, Vitamin-C, Vitamin-E with Selenium
